- By using the Software, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set forth in application form of the service.
- By using the Software, the Customer warrants that all information provided by the Customer to HR21 in relation to the use of the Software is true, complete and up-to-date.
- By using the software, the Customer acknowledges that it is the Customer’s responsibility to check the correctness of payer’s account numbers and company name in the software. If the information is incorrect, the Customer should notify HR21 Customer Service Department immediately.
- By using the software, the Customer acknowledges that the software provide automation in payroll, and MPF contribution calculation. It is the responsibility by the Customer to ensure the correctness of the calculated result. HR21 is not liable to any damage and loss due to the output of the software.
- The Software is for the sole and exclusive use by the Customer.
- The Customer shall not use or knowingly allow any other person to use the Software, for or in connection with any illegal purpose or activity. The Customer shall notify HR21 immediately if he/she becomes aware of such use.
- The Customer acknowledges that there may be time lag in transmission of instructions, data or information via the Internet if the SmartGateway is used.
